After reviewing previous People Who Shouldn't Be Allowed to Vote entries I feel that about 68% of the nation is still able to vote. This, in my opinion, is still way to high.

you forgot all cub fans should not be allowed to vote either... as obama says and derrick lee agrees people just go there to party. haha. how sweet will it be when the sox not only have the mayor rooting for them but the future president too.
