It was also revealed that under Obama's tax plan everyone would receive a refundable tax limit on their federal income tax. This limit is $1,000, thus someone who pays $200 in federal taxes would receive a check in the mail for $800 and someone who pays nothing in federal income taxes would receive a check for $1,000.*
I believe there is a term for when you take money from one person and give it to another.......redistribution of wealth?

I think probably a more descriptive term for this is "progressive tax scheme", and incidentally it's been the standard in America for nearly a century now.
Really Gene? The standard has been for people who don't pay taxes to get money for nothing, and incidentally chicks for free?
I just wonder why I should work under an Obama administration. I can get healthcare, welfare, $500 a month in food stamps, and a sweet $1000 check every year.
Yeah, you're probably right. Why bother working when you can get a whopping $7,000 a year from the government, $6,000 of which you have to spend on food? That $1,000 remainder is plenty enough to buy a sweet box to sleep in and a switchblade to defend yourself against the crazy hobos at the train yard. Sounds like a socialist paradise to me.
Gene you conveniently leave out welfare and healthcare.
Welfare alone would be a couple thousand dollars a year plus if you get stabbed then you can chill in a lush hospital.
