Scientologists - You have to be a total moron in order to follow a religion that requires money for knowledge. The fact that their pope is Tom Cruise should be warning enough.
Sweden - In case you missed it Sweden held a protest this week against globalization. Apparently this is their attempt to solidify power with Muslim extremists in the Middle East and Indonesia.
People who were duped into thinking Pizza Hut's pasta was restaurant quality - We have all seen those morons in the Pizza Hut commercials who rave about the texture and taste of macaroni and bacon pasta. People who can be that easily duped should not be worrying about national affairs but rather their own hygiene.
9/11 conspiracy theorists - Never mind that Popular Mechanics shot down every one of their issues, anyone who believes that the Bush administration was able to organize and keep quiet thousands of people is a dumbass who shouldn't be allowed to vote.

I have had the Pizza Hut Toscani Pasta, and it was quite good. That said, you would have to be pretty dumb to think that it would be served in a nice restaurant. Still, I think it's a close enough call that people who would make that mistake should not be deprived of the vote entirely. Maybe they could have half votes instead.
